FWIW, I had a rough month adjusting to topamax, and now all the side effects have subsided and I'm back to my normal autoimmune brain fog.
I'm struggling with rescue meds, too. He rxed one that's 900 dollars and that's a no go. So now I get to see what the next option is at my next appt. *sigh*
